Preliminary Consultation Policy

We appreciate your interest in our services and hope to assist in the making of well-informed decisions.

Should you care to complete the below Initial Intake Form – if we can respond with a direct answer as to means and viability – we will.  Keeping in mind that we often receive a significant number of enquiries – we are limited at times. 

For more in depth exchanges – an in office or virtual consultation may be necessary. We assess an initial consultation fee of $550.00 CAD. Subsequent to our discussion a report will follow – addressing optimum approach, viability, requirements, scheduling and estimated costs (legal and government application fees). If engaged, the $550.00 CAD consultation fee (less taxes) is applied as a credit.

Note:  We do not want you to spend valuable time and money attendant with a paid consultation – only to be told that your objectives cannot be reasonably achieved.  In that there is no charge attendant with the On – Line Enquiry – within reason we may respond on a preliminary basis – determining if a more in depth exchange may be of utility.

Having practiced in the US and Canadian federal jurisdictions of citizenship and immigration law for 33 years – the purpose is to readily apply our experience in assessing your particular facts in relation to the legal and practical options. We hope to assist in your making well – informed decisions.
